New Tropical System Developing Near Guam, Expected to Strengthen

A new tropical system is developing near Guam and the Mariana Islands and is expected to strengthen into a named storm, potentially Dujuan, according to the Japan Meteorological Agency. This system is already increasing showers and thunderstorms in the region and could increase moisture and instability across parts of Visayas and Mindanao in the Philippines.
