NHC Concludes Advisories for Tropical Depression Fifteen-E; Tropical Storm Norbert Expected to Weaken

The National Hurricane Center has issued its final advisory for Tropical Depression Fifteen-E, located west-southwest of Baja California, with no new tropical cyclone formation anticipated in the Eastern Pacific for the next seven days. Tropical Storm Norbert is also projected to weaken into a remnant low. Currently, no tropical cyclones are present in the Atlantic or Central Pacific basins.
