Flood Watch Issued for Parts of Victoria, Australia, Following Heavy Rainfall

Melbourne experienced its wettest day in two-and-a-half years, with 48.4 mm of rain recorded. A flood watch is now current for parts of Gippsland, the North East forecast district, and large areas of central Victoria, as a slow-moving low-pressure system is expected to bring very wet conditions.
