Up to 12 Inches of Snow Expected in Central and North-Central Montana, Causing Difficult Travel and Power Outage Risk

The National Weather Service has warned that portions of central and north-central Montana could receive an additional six to 12 inches of heavy, wet snow before Monday morning, October 12. This winter weather is expected to make travel very difficult, with gusty winds and heavy snow potentially bringing down tree branches and causing isolated power outages.
