SPC Forecasts Marginal Risk of Severe Thunderstorms for Midwest, Ohio Valley, and Southern Texas

The Storm Prediction Center (SPC) has released its Day 1 outlook for Thursday, October 15, indicating a Marginal Risk (Level 1 of 5) for isolated severe thunderstorms.
