Southern France Under Orange Alert for Severe Rain, Flooding, and Thunderstorms

Météo-France has placed Gard and Hérault in southern France under an orange vigilance for rain-flood and thunderstorms. Strong thunderstorms are expected to bring up to 70 mm of rain per hour, 80 km/h wind gusts, and hail, likely causing flooding.
