Météo-France Issues Orange Wind Warning for Storm Austen in Northern France

Météo-France has issued an Orange wind warning for several departments in northern France, including Côtes-d'Armor, Finistère, Morbihan, Ille-et-Vilaine, and Manche, effective from Thursday evening through Friday. Coastal areas could experience winds up to 140 km/h (approximately 87 mph). The storm is expected to bring strong winds and rain to much of the UK and northern France.
