Multiple Flood and Heatwave Warnings Issued Across Eastern Australia

The Australian Bureau of Meteorology has issued numerous flood warnings for Queensland and New South Wales, including moderate flood warnings for the Weir River and Macintyre Brook, and major flood warnings for Warrill Creek and the Upper Condamine River. A heatwave warning is also in effect for Queensland. These warnings are part of an update released on October 27, 2026, to provide more targeted flood information.
