Heavy rain and flash flood threat for South Central Texas.

The National Weather Service warns of heavy rain and storms impacting the San Antonio region and western portions of South Central Texas. From Thursday, October 29, to Friday morning, October 30, rain amounts of 2 to 4 inches are expected, with isolated areas, particularly Del Rio and Langtry, potentially receiving up to 6 inches. Flash flooding is possible in these areas.
