Severe Storms, Including Tornadoes, Forecast for US Plains and Midwest on Monday

The National Weather Service forecasts a strong trough moving out of the Rockies to trigger severe storms across the Central and Southern Plains and Midwest on Monday. All modes of severe weather, including hail, wind, and tornadoes, are possible as cold air meets warm, moist Gulf air.
