Ukraine's Security Service (SBU) has claimed responsibility for a drone strike on a Russian oil transit facility located over 1,500 kilometers from the Ukrainian border in the Perm region. The target was the Perm linear production and dispatch station, a key node in Russia's oil transport system, where a large fire reportedly broke out.
