Humanitarian organizations are increasing their response to severe floods in Afghanistan, which have caused widespread damage and hundreds of casualties. The deluges have destroyed thousands of homes and critical infrastructure, along with vast agricultural areas. While nearly 57,000 people require assistance, over 31,000 have already received support.
