WHO Declares High Risk for Spreading Ebola Outbreak in DRC and Uganda

The World Health Organization has issued a "very high risk" warning regarding a rapidly spreading Ebola outbreak, caused by the Bundibugyo virus, in eastern Democratic Republic of Congo and Uganda. Hospitals in the affected regions are reportedly struggling with medical supply shortages. The WHO has responded by airlifting emergency medical aid to the DRC to assist with the crisis.
