NATO Secretary-General Visits Kyiv Following Russian Attacks

NATO's Secretary-General, Mark Rutte, made an unannounced trip to Kyiv, Ukraine, shortly after significant Russian assaults on the capital. This visit is perceived as a demonstration of solidarity and continued support from the Alliance for Ukraine. Rutte has previously advocated for NATO members to allocate a portion of their GDP to assist Ukraine.
