EU Proposes Visa Ban for Russian Veterans and Additional Sanctions

The measures also aim to reduce Russian energy revenues by maintaining an oil price cap, blacklisting more tankers, and expanding trade restrictions to include certain seafood. Additionally, 14 firms in mainland China and Hong Kong face bans for allegedly supplying the Russian military.
