UN Agencies Project Increased Acute Hunger in Multiple Regions

United Nations food organizations have issued a warning that acute hunger is expected to intensify across 13 global areas in the coming months. Urgent intervention is required, particularly in Sudan, South Sudan, Yemen, and Palestine, which are identified as regions of highest concern. Northeast Nigeria and Somalia also face a severe risk of hunger reaching catastrophic levels.
