Deadly Earthquakes Strike Northern Venezuela, International Aid Offered

Northern Venezuela experienced two powerful earthquakes, resulting in at least 164 fatalities and nearly a thousand injuries. The acting President has declared a state of emergency in response to the widespread damage, particularly in the state of La Guaira. The international community, including the United States and the United Nations, has extended offers of humanitarian assistance and rescue support.
