EU Launches New Connectivity Partnership with Azerbaijan, Backed by €200 Million in Grants

European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen announced a new EU-Azerbaijan Connectivity Partnership during a visit to Baku, committing up to €200 million in grants for transport, energy, and digital infrastructure projects across the South Caucasus.
