Palestine Urges UN Security Council to Address Israeli Violations

Palestine has formally requested the UN Security Council to hold Israel responsible for alleged violations against Palestinians and to facilitate full access for international investigators in the occupied territories. The Palestinian envoy to the UN referenced a recent UN report detailing instances of conflict-related sexual violence and other abuses by Israeli forces. Palestine also expressed approval for the listing of Israeli forces on a UN blacklist for serious violations.
