Humanitarian organizations in the Gaza Strip continue to face substantial difficulties in reaching communities, particularly near the 'Yellow Line' in northern Rafah, due to intensified Israeli military activity and disruptions to services. Reports indicate tank movements and civilian casualties, severely hindering the delivery of essential aid like water, food, and hygiene support. The expansion of areas under Israeli control is causing further displacement and increasing strain on community safety and access to basic services. Additionally, the entry of World Food Programme (WFP) commodities into Gaza was significantly reduced in June due to a non-operational cargo scanner at Ashdod Port and the closure of Zikim.
