European Union Condemns Russia's FSB for Malicious Cyber Operations and Imposes Sanctions

The European Union has officially identified the 16th Centre of Russia's Federal Security Service (FSB) as responsible for orchestrating aggressive cyber operations against the EU, its member states, and Ukraine, including an attack on Poland's energy sector. The EU condemned Russia's "malicious cyber ecosystem" and announced restrictive measures against nine individuals and four entities in response to these activities.
