NATO Council Approves Major Funding for Fuel Infrastructure and Warfighting Readiness

The North Atlantic Council has endorsed a substantial multi-year financial plan, including €6.5 billion for common funding and €27 billion for a Fuel Supply Chain Capability Programme.
