Ukrainian drone strike halts production at Russian oil refinery in Tyumen

An oil refinery in Russia's Tyumen region has completely halted crude oil processing and petroleum product output after a Ukrainian drone attack damaged secondary processing units. The strike, which occurred on Saturday, July 25, caused a fire at the facility and targeted a diesel hydrotreating unit and a high-octane gasoline production unit.
