Russia Launches Massive Aerial Attack on Ukraine, Killing at Least 18 Civilians

Russian forces have conducted a massive aerial attack on Kyiv and other Ukrainian cities, resulting in the deaths of at least 18 civilians, including children, and wounding over 100 others. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy previously stated that Ukraine had run out of Patriot interceptor missiles amidst ongoing Russian aggression. Separately, a bomb blast near a restaurant in Moscow killed three people and injured at least 21.
