Pakistani troops kill 10 militants, car bomb kills 3 civilians in southwest province

Pakistani security forces clashed with militants in the insurgency-hit southwestern province of Balochistan, resulting in the deaths of 10 insurgents. Separately, a car bomb killed three civilians in the same province.
