Hundreds Dead and Missing After Catastrophic Flash Floods Hit Nepal and China

Catastrophic flash floods have devastated parts of Nepal and China, resulting in hundreds of confirmed deaths and many more missing. The United Nations has released an initial $2 million from its Global Emergency Fund and is deploying aid teams with medical supplies, food, and shelter to reach communities cut off by the disaster.
