Thousands Missing, Hundreds Dead in Devastating Nepal and China Floods

Rescuers are continuing to search for thousands of people missing after a "tsunami-like wall of water and debris" swept through the Himalayan region, affecting communities in Nepal and China. The death toll has surpassed 600, with more than 2,400 people, including foreigners, still unaccounted for. Authorities are also monitoring two upstream lakes for further flood risks.
