UN Calls for International Investigators in Gaza After Hundreds of Bodies Recovered
The United Nations human rights chief has called for international investigators to be granted access to all parts of Gaza to assist with evidence-gathering, following the recovery of hundreds of bodies, mostly women and children, from beneath destroyed buildings. The UN warned that the discoveries, nearly three years after intense Israeli bombing, highlight the possibility that war crimes have been committed.
