Five Men Arrested Near U.S. Air Base in UK on Suspicion of Terrorism, Possible Iran Link Investigated

British counter-terrorism police are investigating five men arrested near RAF Fairford, a U.S.-operated air base in England, on suspicion of preparing a terrorist act. Suspected explosives were found, and authorities are examining a possible link to Iran, Russia, or non-state militant groups. The arrests follow reports of suspicious vehicles near the base, which has been used by American bombers in conflicts in the Middle East.
