Ukraine Secures EU Funding for Budget and Military Through End of 2026

Ukraine and the European Union have reached an agreement to secure funding that will cover Ukraine's budget and defense needs through the end of 2026. A joint statement on October 1 confirmed steps to ensure timely disbursement of these funds. The agreement also includes plans to provide Ukraine with an additional 45 billion euros for 2027 under the Ukraine Support Loan program, contingent on Ukraine meeting established conditions.
