Ukraine Blames Russia for Deadly Sinking of Turkish Ship in Black Sea

Ukraine has blamed Russia for the sinking of the Turkish-flagged commercial vessel Royad Mammadov in the Black Sea, which resulted in two crew deaths. Romanian authorities reported the ship caught fire and sank about 30 nautical miles south of Sfantu Gheorghe, with drone activity increasingly frequent in the region.
