Russian forces launched a wave of overnight strikes across several Ukrainian cities, reportedly killing at least 25 civilians and injuring dozens more. The UN Humanitarian Coordinator for Ukraine condemned the attacks, which hit residential buildings in regions including Chernihiv, Poltava, Kyiv, and Kirovohrad. Among the casualties in Pryluky, Chernihiv Region, were five children, including three babies. Rescue operations are ongoing, and the casualty toll is expected to rise.
