UN Nuclear Watchdog Reports No Repair Efforts at Iran's Nuclear Facilities Damaged by US and Israeli Strikes
The head of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) stated that there is no indication Iran has attempted to repair or reconstruct its nuclear facilities damaged by U.S. and Israeli military strikes in 2025 and 2026. The IAEA has been unable to verify Iran's stockpile of near weapons-grade uranium since the U.S. bombed its sites last year, with Iran currently possessing 440.9 kilograms of uranium enriched to 60% purity.
