NATO's DIANA Signs Defense Innovation Agreement with Ukraine

NATO's Defence Innovation Accelerator for the North Atlantic (DIANA) has signed its first memorandum of understanding with a partner country, Ukraine, to enhance cooperation on defense technology development and testing.
